Always been a fan of cooking and love to be in the kitchen the entire day experimenting. Searching the limits of my own body capabilities in sporting increased my interest in the human body and how to optimize its nurture.

Mission is to have a succesful slow dough sourdough pizza distribution in the Netherlands that leads to having a bicycle-cafe-bakery with foods adjusted to your personal group ride located midst great bikepacking routes in Swiss/Italy or Netherlands

Vision is to let people experience the joy of healthy home-made fermented food, like  sourdough bread and slow dough pizza, kombucha,  yoghurt and a lifestyle for a sustainable endurance athlete
