  • How to define struggles one want and needs
  • How to maintain/make relationships
  • How to be satisfied with my actions
  • How to live without constant comparison
  • How to live where you want to be where you can do what you like
  • How to have a clear “WHY”
  • How to have the right amount of self-reflection
  • How to have sufficient self-affirmation to deal with any opinion without being hurt
  • How to appreciate what you have instead of what you want
